I needed some questions answered about a current rebuild that I am working on for insurance purposes and contacted ODG and let me tell you the service was fast and informative. I would NOT hisatate to purchase a new machine from ODG ever. With their quick answers to my questions about an old ARGO (not making money off me) I would think that their help would be just as good, if not better if it were a newer machine that I spent the big bucks on!!!! I have to say there is a big company out there that truly believes that customer service is key to doing more business and that company is ODG!!!!!!

True!

I worked there in the early 80's, and they are ALL "enthusiasts" 1st, salesmen 2nd!

The company atmosphere was very comfortable, and if it weren't for the stupid recession, I'm CERTAIN I would have worked there "for life"!!
