Just bought a basket case amphicat 500079. Hey guys, what is this thing? what kind of transmixer does it take? What is the hot ticket for updating the old shafts, sprockets, chains and axles for sturdy modern units?

How do you change the one piece tire/rims to modern atv type wheels/tires?

where can I get a replacement engine cowling?

Any other cat owners that can help out?

if thers any plastic on that bayby that needs fixing i can help you out but as far as moderinizing it im afraid you probly cant,
in fact the best tires for it are them old style ones, if you need to use adapters and rimed tires please loook for lightest and softest ones you can find and probly put them on k-rimes so they will hold air and stay on the beadlocks
(whats a transmixer?)
