I am intersting to build a 6x6. What about 2 engines from ATV's with CVT on each side to drive the wheels? This will be very easy, no t-20, no differential...

I am not sure yet, could be also Tecumseh general purpose engine (fan air cooled)with Torque Converter Kit, the point is to avoid the differential and/or T-20.

Sounds like a two throttle,no reverse and maybe no variable rate belt pulley system typ. to a snowmobile clutch kind of machine? You could synchronize the motors but eventually you would have to slow one side down to turn. How many times would you be willing to change 2 drive sprockets to achieve the optimum axle ratio if not using a snomobile type clutch/pulley system?

Yes, I am thinking about two throttle and Torque Converter Kit with clutch and variable pitch pulleys

What do you think about this? I am from Croatia, Europe and here is no 6x6 AATV vehicle. In Slovenia, near to me, is a dealer for Argo but I never seen such a vehicle alive. Here is hard to find parts for 6x6 (T-20 for example)

I am also thinking about full poliester chasis (no steel) for light weight. What do you think?

6x6's have welded ladder type frames,I'm guessing you plan to use shapes typ. to steel shapes?I would worry about stress cracks by holes drilled in poly frame for attachments or intersecting frame members.By the time you make steel tie ,backer plates and add the bolting or rivets you will gain the weight you tried to save.Last minute modifications might intersect with the reinforced areas.YOU MAY LUCK OUT AND THIS POSTING MIGHT BE READ BY ARGO OR R.I. they may have what you need in their dumpsters, getting it there would be the problem. P.S. your thoughts and efforts are noble ,but don't spend too much time re-inventing the wheel.
