This is the bed i made from our MaxII shipping pallet and scrap lumber. the rear support is from our old tv antenna mast. the deck is made from scrap t-111 upside down. The bed breaks down quickly if acccess is needed to the engine compartment. I dragged one deerout of our swamp and was on the phone to Recreatives that night.

It is 37 inches wide by 35 inches long. The deck frame is made from the oak pallet the Max came on. It is bolted to the roll bar with u bolts and rubber gasketing. The rear support is our old tv antenna mast. If I did it again, I would make it about ten iches shorter. I had a load of wood in the bed and when I went to cross a narrow ditch, the Max went into a space shuttle launch position. The rest is scrap wood. I got the brackets fron Northern a long time ago. They are available from Agi-supply. I also put gasketing between the bed and the Max body.
