I'm thinking about buying a 1999 MAX 4 with 18 HP Briggs and Stratton Vanguard.

Can anyone tell me what weakness this machine has if any and just how many hours you can get out of it before you have to start replacing bearings and chains.

Keep the chains oiled and the bearing greased and I can't tell how long it will last. I've had my 1999 sence new and no problems yet. but I also have automatic chain oilers, takes all the worry out of the chain problem. I also have a large oil cooler on the motor. Call me I can help 740--726-2656

Yes It will fit. The machine is 8 feet long and it measures about 56 or 57 inch wide from outside tire to outside tire. She going to let you drive?
