Hello all,
I would like to meet, discuss, work on, and/or go riding with some fellow bouncers here in Northern Nevada. I live in Dayton and although I have seen several other (2) 6x6's around, I haven't seen any other Nevadans on route6x6. How about it? Anyone else near me?
Thanks,
Bill

NORTHERN NEVADA NEWS: The PYRAMID LAKE INDIAN RESERVATION is banning ATVs. (Effective 1 JUN 2003) BUT when I asked one of the Indian Rangers for details, he specifically said 2,3,4 wheel machines are the ones being banned. He brought the subject up because he saw ME out on the lake with my little outboard going. Seems we 6 and 8 wheelers have NOT gotten onto their "XXXX" list. Could be because we drive slower, more carefully and DON'T think blazing a new trail is the correct thing to do. We are also a lot quieter. One for our side. Let us keep working on the good image and maybe we will be going where no ATV has gone before.

Well I have delt with the Pramid lake people before , that is just one place you don't go for any reason . They are 100times worse then the Forest service .I'll stick with the Sierra Nevada mountain range

Sorry you had problems at the Lake. However, a lake the size of Lake Tahoe and not all built up and full of speed boats and swimmers? AND with some of the best fishing in the west? AND where you can pitch your tent or park your RV less than 5 feet from the water? Kind of hard to pass up. The point I was trying to make is the 2,3,4, wheel gang got themselves on the XXXX list and are NOW banned from the entire Pyramid Lake Reservation. Whereas WE with our 6 and 8 wheel machines are still welcome.

Just A comment of Dave's Post
We live in Southeast Mass the land here is mostly cranberry bogs and private. Most motorcycles and four wheelers are not welcome However, we just purchased a MaxII and were given permission to ride on the property provided we didn't tear the place up and stay off the bogs We are welcomed and waved to every time we ride by the people who own and work the property I believe Dave's Right
