Chris,

I've just purchased a Stalker and I can tell you that original parts are scarce. I plan on converting the three-hole wheel mounts to a more modern 5-lug mounting plate and using ATV tires and rims. I live in the desert so water use for me will be minimal. I'd appreciate any tips or comments that you have.

Thanks!
George

I once owned a stalker.. it was a lot of fun but to far gone,, gave up on clutches after about 7 or 8 tries..
the axles are to small,, if you like it its worth fixing,, the frame is good and strong
I think the problem with the cclutches was the were pulling to hard geard wrong for the pull.

I have a Stalker-12 with a Tecumseh HH120. After trying to find clutch parts, I landed a couple of Hydro-Gear transmissions, took out the old transmissions, and mounted the hydros. All that is left is finding the right gear ratios. Not too many people have even heard of the Stalker 6X6, much less have parts for them.
