I'm trying to find some info on a Skipper too. I have located one, and will be getting it soon. It appears to me that the tranny only has forward, and reverse. No low range. The body is fiberglass. Looks to me like it would be a good one person vehicle, or possibly have two kids ride up front. I don't see how two adults could comfortably sit up front. I like the idea that the engine is behind you, as it is a pain sometimes with the engine in the front of my 1974 Argo.

Looks like my cousing will end up getting it. Not a big deal though, as my Argo keeps me busy. I'd be interested in some pics if you got some?

Thanks!

Well, I'm getting it for my dad. Now all I have to do is find some tires. Richard has everything, but I don't want to sink that much money just into tires are rims. I hope someone has some used ones they might sell? I still have not been able to find out any info on these old machines. I was suprised to see that it has an aluminum frame.
