I've been sitting on this project for ages and have finally decided to go for it.Its beat up, its rusty and crusty, but salvagable.
A couple things i was wondering about, the sprockets (nearly all of them) are in bad shape. Are the intermediate(jackshaft)sprockets the same as what would be on a 6x6 scrambler?i believe these guys are #35 maybe 40,looks lite tho.
And what would the thickness of the clutch pads be originally, the existing ones are very deteriorated with age.
Any or all information would be appreciated.
I can't help but wonder if the person who engineered this "tranny" had problems with nightmares. :-)

I just picked up a 1970 Gotcha. Machine is complete but will need a COMPLETE restoration. Does anyone have a shop manual for a Gotcha?
Thankyou
T Edwards
