There appears more information on JLO motors and problems starting than at tech talk so I'll describe what I have and hope for some help!
Terra Tiger won't start or try to start. Ran once to back garage, hasn't ran since. Rebuilt Carb, 180 LBS compression. Plug seems flooded on starting attempts. Gas blow back out induction side of Carb. Good blue/white spark from coil to plug. Idle needle valve set @ one turn with fast needle valve set @ one and one half turns as suggested in manual. Does this engine have reed valves no evidence of them and none shown in manual, but thought I'd ask the stupid question anyway since I've never seen a two cycle without them? Carb is mount on composite spacer. Need all the help I can get Duck Season is upon me and I am ready to admitted I'm out of my league with this one!!!!!!!!
