Does anyone know where I can get two rear and one middle sprockets? I have an older max and the teeth are worn out. The sprocket has 25 teeth and uses 40 chain. I am also in need of brass bushings for the axels that are 1 1/4 inches in diameter.

WOW THATS AN OLDY! YOUR BODY MIGHT BE A.B.S. ALSO!
IF SO AND UP THE ROAD YOU HAVE ANY CRACKS OR HOLES YOU CAN GET REPAIR KIT FROM ME,
MOST BUSHINGS I BELEAVE ARE OIL BEARING BRONZ.
NOW ARE THOUGHS AXLES 1 1/4 WIDE OR IS THE BUSHING?
NORMALY INSIDE DIAMITER OF AXLE BUSHING IS JUST OVER 3/4" AND RIDES ON A 3/4" STUB THREW FRAIM,
THE BUSHING POCKET MIGHT BE 1" WIDE-1"& 1/32WIDE
MAKING OUTER DIAMITER APROX, JUST OVER AN INCH,
IS THIS LIKE YOURS?
IF ALL THE ABOVE SOUND'S RIGHT THEN PREHAPS THIS WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO UPDATE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, JUST FIND SOMEONE WITH A PARTS MACHINE AND GET ALL THE SPROKETS!
HELL WHILE YOUR AT IT ALL THE AXLES TOO!
THE JACK SHAFTS ALSO,
THE TRANY OR THE TRANYS SPROKETS MIGHT ALSO BE NEEDED,IF NOT AVAILABLE FROM A PARTS MACHINE YOU CAN ASK RICHARD CLARK, HE MAY ALSO HAVE A PARTS MACHINE FOR THAT MATTER, YOU MAY WANT TO JUST DROP IN A WHOLE FRAIM AND ALL!
JUST GET RID OF THE #40 STUFF SOON AS POSABLE

Does anyone have a good source for low cost sprockets?

Why upgrade to #50 or #60 chain from #40?

#40 chain & sprockets are cheaper.

hi how was your christmas?
# 40 is for light duety, it can where out fast or sometimes even brake under the loads from mid size to larger engines like the newer aatvs have now.
for longevety or because you will be useing it for higher powered engine you need to upgrade too #50,
too make matters more confuseing there are difernt grades of sprockets as well as diferent grades of chaine, if you need to stay with #40 use the best grade sprockets and best quality chain,
a local machine shope once told me they were a catelog item, shouldent be too tough too run down.

Guys:

You are making a mountain out of a molehill.
Just call Richard Clark 812-944-1643 as he
has lots of sprockets in stock.

You men seem not to want to tell people to contact him.
It is really a shame as he sure supports us with this website.
I think we should support him, as I would hate to see Route6x6
go away.

I for one, buy all my parts from him that I can. He is usually
a lot cheaper too. And excellent advice.
