hi guys,well my max is a year old in jan,ive
gotten the hollow axles replaced with the solids
and what a difference it is,ive got the 16 is ther
any adjust for the gov,to get a few more rpm,
and any info on replacement axle bearings,that would b any better than what it came with would
b a help.

Mike,

You can remove the gov and tie to the throttle directly. However, this will decrease the life of your engine (and the life of the rest of the drivetrain). The great thing about the B&S engines is that they are so understressed that they last and last and last.... Getting more revs will cancel this advantage to some extent.
