I have a home built machine that I used an ARGO clutch setup on, having bought the clutches "new" from a defunct ARGO dealer's stock several years back. My project is finally up and running and I am discovering that perhaps some clutch modification will improve the low end performance of my machine. In order to modify the clutches, I need to identify what specific brand and model the driver and the driven clutches are....

The driver has a 1" smooth bore (keyed) and the driven has a 1" smooth bore (keyed). I have them installed on a Honda GX630 and a T20 transmission (had to use a keyed bushing on the transmission as the T20 had a 3/4" or 7/8" [don't remember which] shaft). I've attached some photos that hopefully someone can look at an tell me what brand and model each is....

I am looking to modify to allow better slow speed torque in my machine when heavily loaded. I currently run my belt just a little loose and that effectively raises the engagement rpm a little.

Any assistance would be greatly ARGO Clutch Identification
