The bolt holding in the driven clutch on the trans loosened up and the keyway fell out. The seller said it happened when his son was driving it in deep snow. I replaced the key and tightened the bolt but the clutch has a bit of wobble now. The shaft appears fine so I guess the clutch bore is screwed up. My question - is the shaft size on the T-20 trans 7/8" ? It's a '96 Max IV with the Kohler 20 HP. What clutch do I need ? I assume the engine/trans comes out for this ? Thanks ! |
