hello i am looking for info on my recent scrambler purchase.would love to find any info i can.from research it looks like action age went out of business in late seventies.my machine is a 4 seater with sterring wheel on right side,it has 16 hp tecumseh ,headlamps ,lights ,builge pump,and electric motor for reverse.the guy i bought it from thought it was a 1978.the model #4000 andserial#1983325-f would lead me to believe that it is a 1983? but i dont know and cant seem to find any info online.the color is redish brown with very large metal flake.appears to be original color.i was also told that it was owned by a handicap person ,it has hand throttle and modified brake pedal,also left side has been cut and dropped for easy acces ,but that looks factery. is this a rare bird or just a common scrambler? |
