Has anyone driving the new WATV? I was wondering how it would stack up against the Argo Avenger. The WATV has a 31 hp engine and 15 1/2" tracks. One problem I see is that it weighs 1600 pounds. It is pretty pricy too. Check it out at www.sno-busmfg.com

Either I didn't see it, doesn't say that it floats. 1600 lbs is going to make it around 700 more than a 6x6 ARGO. I wonder about conversion to wheels if it's possible or whether it's like an armoured vehicle, front or rear sprocket drive only. I would be a little shy to drive that on the lake for ice fishing until the ice gets thick enough... may as well keep the snowmobile. As for land/snow use, a lot of places won't allow them on snowmobile trails. In some jurisdictions during the summer they don't fall into ATV size group due to excessive dimensions and weight.
