I have a dead solenoid off of my Argo which I replaced with one I had left over from a Ford Truck. The used one I put on it now seems to be faulty as well, but it was used to begin with. I took the one that came with the machine into an autoparts place and it appears like it is a heavier continous solenoid, instead of a standard one. Does anyone know if this is for a reason, or just what the dude before me put on? Huge difference in price for these continuous ones and if I don't need it would save me a few bucks.

A dude from Argo told me they are standard solenoids so I will put a cheapy on. |

Hey Philip, how about a Ford one? Turns out as Murphy's law, I haven't had an issue with it since I bought the replacement. Wanted to take a spare into the woods for the moose hunt. Thanks |
