Has anyone here tried 24" Runamok tires on a Max II,replacing the 21 " Rawhides? In theory it should take an additional 1 1/2 inches on the top of the tire as well as adding 1 1/2 inches to the height. My unit has bearing cages and wheel extensions though I would like to try the Runamoks without the wheel extensions if they will fit.I can get 22" Runamoks as well but subscribe to bigger is better. One would feel bad buying 6 new rims and six tires to find they didn't fit LOL.The 21" Rawhides on it now are 11" wide and Runamoks are 10" wide, anyone have any input on this? I have sold a few sets of the 24" Argo tires to be installed on the Max II. They fit on the vehicle but they are very close to the fenders. One guy with an older Max II had to heat and push his fenders up to allow enough space (body sag). I tried them on a Max II and they are amazing in the water and give a great ride. The video is on my website on the left side near the bottom of the blue box. Just click my user name on the left and check out that video.

I appreciate the reply Brandon.I had in fact checked your videos earlier and that is where I got the idea. They are unbelievable in water.I should think there would be a negative impact on ground speed though,in that the ground speed would increase at the lower and upper ends.No problem on the upper end though.Does R.I. have any opinion on this alteration?

I got rambling there Brandon and forgot my main question.Would it be beneficial to leave the wheel extensions on ? The rails? I mean by this would the wheel extensions in any way increase my clearance from the fenders? Thanks.................Eldon
