I want to swap the front tires. I did the rears OK jacking from the hitch. How do I jack up the front end?

I just use a floor jack with a block of wood on it to avoid scratching the body. You can jack it up from any location on the body. The plastic is very tough and can take a lot more than a jack can give it.
The tires should be on backwards, like in your picture, for water travel. I have found it makes very little difference in mud to have them swapped. I never found it worth it to give up water speed. Give it a try and see if it works in your terrain.
