I was in the process of buying a hay wagon today, when I found out that there was an argo in the barn that hadn't been driven in quite awhile and the owner says that it had been well taken care of and not used that much. It's been kept in a barn but is really dirty, has good rubber(6 tires) with plastic tracks, snow mobile engine(in front). I'm guessing it's a 1985 because of the Michigan ORV sticker on the rear that he purchased when he bought it new. It hasn't been run in a long time. How can I tell how old for sure and how much it might be worth? I have a Max II and don't know anything about Argos. Thanks

Take the serial Number of the Argo (usually on the dash. ie: SB 7994) and the serial number on top of the transmission (ie: 13761 GA). Contact ODG via e-mail and someone should be able to help you. They cross reference both serial numbers and they can give you the date is was manufactured, if they are both original.
