Looking to first time change oil and Filter.
The 25HP has (looks like EZ Change) valve on back.
Looks like best way if 3' 1/2" hose from valve (I assume it is pull to open) and drain thru drain hole to catch pan.
Any other helpful hints? |

Should be a half turn sort of pull to open. A hose is a good idea or into a gallon ziplock bag at the drain. |

Yes I run amzoil in my machine a 23hp kohler its a synthetic oil have you ever popped a tire off the bead on your new machine? |

No I have never poped it off the bead, but have jammed mud-rocks between tire and rim to get a slow leak. Aired down cleaned out reinflated to seal bead again(one tire had to be done twice). |

Yes. A few times. I do not like my Goodyear rawhide III's and plan to go to Gators next spring. The tires need 32lbs of pressure to reseal the bead. |

I have popped the bead on both sides in front twice Im thinking of putting in tubes to fix the problem. |

I use 15 lbs to set the beads on my Rawhide III's. I did find that forcing the beads over the rims shortens bead life. By using the proper method the beads should slip over the rims with little effort using a manual mini tire changer and no bead lube. If you pop beads, tubes will not help, because when the wheel slips it will tear off the valve stem from the tube. |
