Hi Folks,

Just got my Conquest (See I GOT IT!!! in my favorite machine). Anyway, the snow blade came in 2 pieces; the previous owner had never used it and had no instructions. I emailed Argo and they never answered. The triangular section is attached to the brackets and we know the blade attaches to this with one bolt with a sleeve and locknut, and a pin for rotation of the plow. When the lock nut is tightened all the way, there is still quite a bit of play in the bolt between the plow and the triangular section. Is this correct or are there some missing washers?

washers shuld be used to prevent the bolts from tearing throu the beacket when plowing snow and the blade is down under a load that becomes a stress point and over time it is going to wear there and any thing you can do to slow the wear down will help
