i cant get the gas in the carb and i dont know what the box that you put the feul lines it has three one on top and one on one side other on oppisite side has arrows pointing two the right

That should be your fuel pump the ports on each end are for the fuel lines, the one with the arrow will go to the carb. The one on the top will go the a vacume port on the motor. If it is hook up correctly the vacume created by the moter will activate the diafram in the fuel pump to move the fuel from the tank to the carb. check the vacume line for a leak or just replace it, they are cheap. If you disconnect the fuel line from the carb and turn over the motor the fuel will flow from the line. If you moter is a two stroke and you are using an automotive style fuel filter (the one with the paper filter in the center) switch to a screen type filter. The paper filters seam to get clogged with the two stroke oil over time and restrict your fuel flow the screen type you can get from a dirt bike shop allow you to take them apart and clean them so they will last forever.

what about the clear plastic piece in the fuel pump do you have to have it or not

and its not sucking the gas out of the tank but when i got it it was locked up so i put some oil on the piston ao it now comiout the port under the carb where it sucks on the punp what should i do

cyle the port you speak of alternetly sucks air in and pushes air out, it is a combo preshure in and out we are expecting,
an automotive style vacume gage can be used to test for the vacume/preshure signal as motor turns,
this is usualy caled a pulse line.
or maybe if running and you hold your finger over plastic line, can you feal push from preshur and suction from vacume drawing your finger to plastic line?
if this port dosent have a plastic line than you can drill into the carbs spacer block and thred the hole for instalation of brass fitting for this purpose. i did this years ago to replace my kihin carb with a tilotsen.

The oil you poured in the cylinders has leached into the case. You need to get as much of it out as you can, if not, it will foul the plug, if it even starts.

DOES IT MATTER HOW LONG THE PUMP HOSE IS IF IT WAS SHORT WOULD IT SUCK BETER OR DOES IT NEED TO BE LONG I TRIED TO GET THE OIL OUT IS THERE A SERTAIN WAY YOU WOULD DO IT ONE MORE QUESTION WHERE DO YOU PUT THE THE OIL INTO THE MOTOR

Try to make the hose as short as possible. I does not make much difference. I was under the impression you had a 2 stroke engine, do you?
2 stroke oil is mixed with the gas. If the case is full of oil, the only way I know to drain it is to pull the engine (Or stand the machine on end) and let it run out through the carb.

some 2 strok engines have bolts or bleeders on or near the bottom of each cylinder, this helps drain extra fule or oil in crank case and also can let extra air in to help dry it out, for the life of me i cant remember wich i have had that had this feture, but it may be worth the look.
failing in this you may have to turn it upside down to drain crankcase.

I would strongly recommend a visit to your local library and borrow a good book on small engine repair and maintenance. I just have a feeling that you need to get more "familiar" with small engine operation in general, before the tips in this thread will make sense.

If you have a vaccuum line, you have a two-cycle engine. Read up on 2-cycle engines. You don't add oil to the crankcase. It's mixed in the gas (usually about 40:1 to 50:1)
