if you have a traler hitch try concreting a fabricated coupling into the floor at the very back of your shed.
Make it so you can back into it and place a very large good quality padlock through the now mated hitch and coupling.

This should be hard to access with tools as it is behind your machine and close to a wall, you only need enough room to get one arm in with the key.
