I've read here so far of the different ways to bring out more power and performance to varying degrees with the Briggs and Stratton
engines. Can the same thing be done with Kohler and Kawasaki Engines? WHAT ARE THE POWER GAINS FOR ALL THREE ENGINES AFTER MODIFICATIONS?

You can make any engine more powerful. An engine dose not know what name is on the side of it. You can go from something as mild as tuning to something as wild as a supercharger or turbocharger or nitrous.
Only your pocket book will be the limiting factor.
