Took the carb down today and cleaned it from top to bottom had 1/4" of crud in bowl. it is just fine now. changed float and needle. cleaned everything else. the guy before me had the whole throttle cable and everything all messed up, he had a spring set up to pull the throttle blade wide open! i think. is the first blade the throttle or the choke? its a walbro carb. not sure where everything goes.

ok well i put a strong spring on the throttle return to the choke arm. then i put a weaker spring from the trottle are to the linkage for the other spring so the stronger spring always makes it return. so in short i rigged it up. ok it is runnin and it is awsome. i tore up my front yard last night hehe. ok so i dont know how to "tune" the carb is all. it had two screws so i backed them out till it barely ran, then went in with them both a 1/4 turn. so smokes and is runnin rich. i dont want to lean it way out though. How do you properly set the idle and the high speed jet? thanks!
