I currently have an Xenoah G50B (484cc) engine out of our Attex 500 Superchief.

I am taking it in to be serviced and tuned.

While it is out, is there anything else I need to do to it? It isn't all that old and doesn't have many miles on it.

I would LOVE to fit electronic ignition...

The Superchief came with 32mm carb and I think the main jet was a 110, but I'd have to check for sure. You can use a 34 or 38, but you'll have to increase the jet size to get the mixture correct.
