DanC I just had my driven pulley apart on my 84 8x8 i/c. I will have to look at it to remember what parts I put in it. Have you checked to see wether the teflon bushing is still available from the dealer, I seem to remember getting 5 thin metal shims in place of it. My teflon bushing was riveted to one of the sheaves with 4 rivets.Teflon bushing was cracked around the collar that is riveted to the sheave, so rather than use the shims I epoxied the bushing, works fine.I was able to buy the non movable sheave from the dealer, the groove where the snap rings go was very badly worn to the point that I knew that it wasen't going to be long until it let go. If my memory serves me correctly the original set up on the driven pully was one metal shim & the teflon bushing, the five shims from the dealer were to replace the no longer available teflon bushing with the collar. I will check with my dealer & see if bushing is available.I have a parts breakdown book for this stuff at home,so if you need anymore info I can give you the part number for the book . I will also measure the thickness of the shims for you, just be patient for a couple of days until I get home. Hope this helps you out.Just remembered what the dealer was going to give me,a teflon bushing with no collar & the 5 metal shims to make up for the missing collar.I didn't install the shims because I thought that they would rattle while the driven pulley was turning.

Thanks for the info Argobro,I sould have been a bit clearer, I was talking about the driver clutch
Best I can see is there's the slide idler bushing, belt adj spacer, spring shoulder washer, the sring, adj spacer and a teflon bushing. The parts that I'm missing (from the pics that I have)are the adjment spacer and the teflon bushing.
If I new the thickness of them I sould be able to machine the pieces my self
So if anyone knows, that would help me out a ton
Dan

Ok I made a teflon spacer and put everything back together but the clutch is still engaged at idle, not much but enough that I can't shift into gear when the engine is running.
Could the spacer that I made be to thin???
What I need to know is how can I get the clutch to engage at higher rpm and not at idle.
If it makes any diff I have the 175g calibration weights and the 2.75" spring
Anybody out there that has any ideas feel free to jump in
Thanks Dan
