I've got your basic factory Max IV. I want to look at adding tracks to it, but I heard that you have to do something with the axles. What is involved with adding tracks to my Max? Any help? |

You have to make sure that you have solid or splined axles axles (1998 and newer vehicles have the strongest axles) I was told this when I bought my 1998 max II. You need bearing cages, another set of bearings, a track rail for each side, 21" tires, and the tracks. I bought all of this for mine last fall. It's expensive, but the the dang thing will go through just about anything. I ordered mine directly from the factory parts department. |
