I don't think it's vaporlock anymore. I don't know what the hell it is to tell you the truth. It only seems to happen when I have a lot of weight in it and it is hot!

them fuel pumps are weak. You might be sucking air. Pull the top off the carb when it stops. No fuel in the carb, then might be the pump

OK, Guys here's a freebie from our Service Dept. It seems that "Pluse Pumps" cannot pull over 12ins. vertical, after spending a lot of time on this exact same problem Honda advised us to go Electric.
DONOT USE JUST ANY ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP,A FIRE MIGHT OCCUR.
Kohler has a kit that runs about $90.00, our Honda Kit runs $60.00. I don't know about Vanguard[Briggs}, I do know this it fixes the problem.
