I've seen people with and without tracks on their max's. Can a max still swim with tracks on it? If so, how well does it crawl through the water?

Well you can float but as far as swimming, better off not trying! It fact mine runs in reverse of normal with the tracks on in water. Makes it interesting getting back out.

A tracked Max will move at about 1 mph. Just let it idle so the tracks still turn but don't spin them wildly like you would tires. It is easy to add a trolling motor for faster swimming.

Ok, so the track loses the push in the water, I can see that. It still floats ok though? As long as it floats decently, a small trolling moter is fine.
