Looking for information regarding the "Beaver" amphibious vehicle that was built in Canada? It was a small two-seat built for hunters and fishermen. It had a five speed transmission and an engine that would run in reverse. The two small wheels were together in the front for a rudder effect. My dad, Wayne Wyant(wholesaler in Pennsylvania) sold them and Scramblers in the 1970's, but I cannot find any info. on the Internet. Any advice? |

I know this is an old posting, but to answer the question anyway -The Beaver was made in Canada, yes, Keswick Ontario (not far from Toronto) to be more specific. The engine was a Villiers two stroke single with 4 speed transmission and the Beaver had 175cc and 197cc engines available. There is more information on Kevin's Penguin and Beaver Page, or on fb in the group page Penguin Amphibious ATV's |
