Interesting article! I can some what relate to why they voted to ban Quad ATV's. I also do get tired of listening to some of the kids out back here running the Quads and dirt bikes with the real noise noisy mufflers on them. It does get very irritating when that is all you hear all day long and all week end long. But I do tolerate it, knowing at least the neighborhood kids are staying out of trouble.
I wish they would just put a regulation on the noise level of those type exhaust systems, rather than a complete ban on them.
They also do tear up and destroy a lot of ground. I do not mind the ground torn up so much as the high irritating noise level though! |
