hi mike!
yah i have done that too,
a few years ago we got 20" seamed like every weekend, it sucked,
eventualy the sun gets at it and compresses that snow, melts it a little and freezes it again so it becomes hard and then we can ride on it just like we had trax!
on that note did i get a chance to ask you if you wanted to order a 2002 spring fling video?
are you going this april?

I got the regular tracks from TruTrax and put the steel cleats on them. Two steel cleats per track section. Works FINE on level ground in any kind of snow. But the second I try to go up a 30% grade in fresh powder I just dig a hole. Let it melt a little and get sticky and it goes fine. Think putting a water sprayer on the front of the Argo to wet down the snow would help?.... WISH LIST: I wish I had had the extra $1000 to buy the really WIDE tracks.
