Really... MXI wins the court judgement & the other guy won't cough up anything. So everything gets put on hold & delayed for whatever comes next. I, personally, can't believe how many people are in denial about why this whole fiasco is happening or simple don't care. But hey, it's not their $$$$. Guess some people just can't see thru smoke & mirrors. One way or another, the Max Line will survive & it's commendable how THEY are hanging in there.

smoke and mirrors, sounds like a good description. I think people should be accountable for their actions, mistakes happen, its all about how you take care of problems Did you see this?

If you noticed, the bankruptcy ended a "dismissal" not a "discharge". Google the differences. Pretty interesting.

hey guys it's andylmusic76 from the other board... it's been years since i've hung around here, but this is where i first met many of you. anyway, is this what the new max is supposed to look like??
http://agvtec.com

as excited as i am for the max line to be upgraded, i'm not sure how i will like the new design as there's no resemblance... what are your thoughts on it? maybe the renderings are just concepts and nowhere like the new design??

What's the point of calling it Max versus launching a new company? And I remember reading somewhere that the company is in contact with the old Max staff - does that include the assembly team in Buffalo? If so, they will be learning how to assemble completely different units... I hope they took the original design and modernized it somehow, but I imagine whatever they do will look good.

I agree but lets be nice and not call folks names. We do not want to be like others.

I hope they will return to the market with a entire new machine, as much as I love the MAX II and MAX IV, their designs we OK in the 1960's but off road machines have moved way beyond them.

MAX II and MAX IV rest in peace, bring on something new and modern
