Peter in my opinion the are junk tires, at least concerning out machine, very poor water performance. They are good tires for regular 4 wheelers

i have had the vampire asx's on a polaris ranger and a set of the tsl's on a Max lV. they are a soft tire. not very tough especialy in the sidewalls but do ride good. Not good for carring weight. The ranger destroyed the rears in short time. Casing's just came apart. forget about water performance! Bill

The other world site keeps taking about Vanpires too, but while on the ledges ride two years ago, it was more than proven that the vampire tire was junk. Kept getting stuck and would not pull out of any water, without a tow.

Plus the guys said they rode like a block, I do not see why guys keep wanting them, I guess just either beginners or just talk.

I think it is guys talking just to see them selves talk, with nothing better to do

I do not know why people think Vampires are so interesting. It keeps coming up all the time.

Dummies all over the web, keep thinking the Vampires are good, so they think the tires are good because all their dumb friends keep telling them so.

I have had several combinations of tires on my maxIV. One of the combinations in this video was four 26x12x12 vampires and one set of swamp foxes. As you can see from the video i smoked the high lifted quads in the mud holes. Vampires do swim a little but you have to let them paddle. For a MaxIV the best vampire is the 25x9x13 which gives good flotation, reasonable swimming , excellent bite. The best choice if you don't mind spacers is the ASX vampire 26x12x13 which has the best traction you can get for an AATV and will swim somewhere between 1 1/2 and 2 mph depending on the setup. Best is v's forward backward, foward for control and reasnable water speed. For those who say they don't swim check out my video. For those who say they get stuck they haven't tried them. You stay on top of mud that will have every one else stuck. they also pull out of holes very, very well. Videos are the proof and i have a lot of them posted
