I am a quadriplegic who can get in and run my max 4 fine but lack back support, what can i do to help this? without riping out my seat and customizing the whole thing if possible.
Has anyone ever put in a 3 or 4 point seatbelt harness in their max? and where might i get one at? any advise is needed and helpful

hey jeff i'm also some what handycapped due to a stroke i have a 4 way in my max 4 i got mine out of my drag car when it needed replaced you can check at
jegs.com or summitracing.com good luck with your max4

Jeff,
I a quad C6/7 and was wondering how U get in and outg.
I'm interested in getting an ATV, but don't know which one I should adapt. Any suggestiongs would be appreciated.

I am not handicapped, but my Max IV was originally owned by a handicapped person. He had installed a single seat in the front that has motors that move it forward and back, up and down , and the seat swivles . I believe he used the roll bar to pull himself up into the Max and once in the seat , he swivled it into position, and lowered down into driving position.
The Max IV has a nice roll cage that will allow you to do that. |

I am a Quad and have gotten into my Argo with a Hoyer lift. I also replaced the bench seat with a single with armrests. I don't use the Hoyer anymore because I use an A frame crane to get in.
Mine is a Response with 22" tires and the Hoyer just cleared the underside. I would suggest a machine with slightly larger tires to clear the Hoyer's base.
By the way, this is my first post although I have been lurking for quite sometime. |
