I am thinking about spending a week in Murphy NC.
in Dec. I found information on a place called Tellico ORV Trails. Anybody live in the area that can furnish me with more information, or if you have been there. I would appreciate any information you could offer. Like to know what kind of weather to expect in Dec. and if area is good riding place for MaxIV. Thanks

Tellico is designed mostly for off road 4x4 trucks and stuff. It is nothing but rocks, rocks, and more rocks. Some people enjoy that type of riding but I do not. There are about 15 different trails of varying difficulty. You might want to call them and get some information directly from them for all the stuff you need to know.

From what I can gather a winch in good
working order is mandatory. And it is not a
good idea to try these trails alone.
