Right steering problem on 68' scrambler

Just bought a 68' scrambler the right side steering is sticking at the axle bearing,the left side works fine. machine sat for about 5 yrs. trying to restore. would appriciate any advice. also cannot get 7 hp. motor to run at low speed,need to know where to get diagram of b&s motor.

first i would check to make last person who had it didnt grease the the hydralic bleeder with a grease gun,happened on mine it drove fine whene it was warm out but in cool weather it got real interesting,you could have some caked up grease in the clutch/brake bearings,or like mine someone did hit the shaft and it had a burr on it, the hydralic system should react fairly quickly to control imputs,look at the clutch/brake assembly you should see the clutch dissengage and drag on the brake pad,you can do this static without running engine ,i tried this whene driving it didnt work so well,ha! ha!
