are the belts for the 200 max 1v standard belts that you can buy local?

can someone tell me how to get the belts off a max 1v. there is not very much room between the lower pully and the tub.

Mike, roll it off the driven pulley, twisting it enough to go between the body and the pulley. I take it of in front of the engine.
