I have an Argo Response that runs fine until we try an long steep hill where it will then stall out. Seems to lack fuel. Then it will not run properly (misses and backfires) even on level ground until it cools down completely. Does anyone else have this problem? Any guess where to start to work on this? Fuel pump? Carb float? Carb jets? or?
