Well, after I finally get the seat fixed up, throttle cable fixed and battery changed I find that one of the front axles looks to be slightly bent. I looked it over and read alot on here about changing it. It looks like it will be pretty easy? Any tips or suggestions? How much is a replacement axle? What other parts do I need? Its a 450T, 1998. It does look like it has all bearings and no bushings. Can I put a solid axle in place? Will it hurt it to keep driving it? Its not bent bad and you can barely tell when driving it on cement (only place I have driven it so far). You can see the wheel out of round compared to the others pretty easily when somebody else drives it.

Thanks,
Bill

if you cant feal it when your driveing on flat and level than no it's not out very far,
when you bend them strate again there often still not perfict, but there is such thing as cloase enoph and when they are cloase you cant feal it,
they can be removed and straitend in a press or if it's an emergancy you can do it while the axels in the machine, a photo and discription of how to do it on the vehicle can be found at pete cagels web page wich has a link off route6x6 links page,
a perchus of a new solid is still a great way to fix a bent axel, simply replace the bent one and then when time premits straiten the one off the machine and put it back into the spair parts bin!
