On top of the engine the lable says "JLO" It has 2 cylinders, 1 carb, electric and pull start, no numbers or serial plate can readily be seen. Motur is still in the engine bay. What could this be? 340? 400? etc?

The tag will be at the bottom of the engine. I think it is on the intake side but very low.

I take it to mean it is on the block, down low on the side, but not on the bottom. I scrape some of the grease off and maybe find it.

I need to find the housing or shroud that holds the electric starting motor for the engine. I thin it is a 400, but not sure.

Shazzamm! I found the serial plate below the coils. It is a SF 400-2.

Anyone know the vintage of this model?
