Route 6x6 Discussion Board: Guest Book: Now I've seen it all!
By Missouri's Max Dealer (Brandon_price) on Unrecorded Date: Edit

I don't want to go too far off topic here, but this is something my fellow 6x6ers just have to see. A few days ago I was reading the General forum of my favorite Powerstroke diesel website when I came across this topic. A fool on ebay was selling a grilled cheese sandwich with a burn mark that looked like the Virgin Mary. This was one of those funny auctions that come across ebay every now and then and we all laughed about it. The auction ended Monday and look who's laughing now. The seller sold the sandwich to an online casino for $28,000!!!! MSN has a story about this on the front page of their site. The casino has confirmed their high bid and seems very proud of their stupidity. Check out the stories here:

No, you have not seen it all.
How about the 72 year old Great Grandmother going to Iraq to run a Army PX.

Well Richard, I see you must like the look of The Snowco Discussion Board so much you had to copy it.
That's ok now you are showing some class.

Alfred... don't be such a child.

This is one of the "Default" skins on the discussion board we
have been running for a long time, it will change again once the
board is upgraded to version 4.0.

By looking at the number of post on your web site and the
number on this one I would say that you "Copied" this board.

Signed,

I see you finally found out about different Skins. I bought my Discus Pro Program, what about you?
I remember Route 6x6 when the Guy in The Bay Area first started it back in 96 or 97, where were you then?

Alfred and Jim

This thread is going nowhere, no more messages about
this will be posted, lets get back to normal discussions.

There are places within ROUTE6x6, where full credit
is given to my good friend Jeff Baldwin who started ROUTE6x6
as CLUB ARGO, in fact he is selling his SNAP MAT on ROUTE6x6,
I trust you have bought one too.

HEY roadwolf
If you mean that David Bergers nearly 20 year old machine is not pretty I would have to agree,
but it may be the fastest machine I've seen and
I like cheeseburgers but Looking at Berger's
machine doesn't make me hungry.

a small number of people might get hungry,
on a few ocationes i have used my maxII to heat up a trail side meal.
i put screening inside my engine heat duct to keep food from falling into hull onto drive belt ect..ect..
this leaves almost 1 squair foot food heating area behind the drivers side uper body vents.
i stuffed some M.R.E.s in there aprox 15 min before a trail stop and vola!
they make exelent hand warmers too!
road all day in poreing rain once at towercity PA.
would never have made it threw without them spagety n meatball handwarmers!
i know M.R.E.'s arnt saposed to be good but under the right conditions there simply wonderfull!

funtothemax: As far as the 'stupidity' of the price $28,000 for a grilled cheese sandwich....You just don't get it, do you? Here you are on a 6x6 website talking about the Golden Palace casino buying a grilled cheese sandwich. On what sites are they talking about what you've done recently(other than NAMBLA). It's a small price to pay for advertising don't you think. Their name is everywhere on the net. It's brilliant marketing.
