Unfortunately, I left it down at our hunting property and someone for some reason cut all of the cables to the battery under the seat. During the past three years I have had multiple hip surgeries and now know that I will be unable to work on it due to the engine being so low. I cannot bend like I used to and I also would be unable to climb into it. The vehicle is in great shape for its age. It does not have an hour meter, only an amperage one. I bought the tires as well as the solid axles in approximately 2007. We were unable to replace the rear axle due to it being frozen, but it is still straight. The tires are in great shape as we only drove it in south Georgia were the ground is sandy and swampy. However, the right side front tire has a small leak. The throttle cable, muffler and belt to the transmission were also replaced within the last ten years. The vehicle itself has a Briggs and Stratton 16hp V-twin Vanguard engine, with a pull/electric starter. The top is in great shape, however, prior to the last time we parked it we realized the loose chains that have never been replaced had caused a small hole to be formed in the bottom from friction. As far as I know it s only in that one part of the bottom. $3,200

I bought it used from the manufacturer of Max products, Recreative Industrites in 2004. I run it a few times a year around a large field. The transmission was rebuilt in 2004 from scratch and it also has a new axle on it. It has a pull start on it now. I usually don't use the battery but you can attach one for a regular start. It has a heated throttle cable and good tires. 18 HP Vanguard engine. It will drive for awhile but sometimes stalls out. I am going to have this looked at by a mechanic. Otherwise, the Max body is in great shape and the seats and tires are good. I took it in a pond only one time with no problem years ago. There are three working seatbelts. The 4th needs a new buckle. There is a roll-over bar and a windshield that can protect yourself from the wind, bugs, tall grass, etc. I have paperwork from Recreative Industries from the purchase.
