Bill, thanks for your comments on the Predator. I sure would like to hear about the machine from someone who owns one. The Triton video shows only so much. Expensive yes it is!

I think that the Scot Track HillCat 1100 is comparable as it is hydrostatic and mid engine mounted but costs a lot more. A used 1999 HillCat 1100 with 50 hours on it was being sold by the factory back in March for $23,000.00. It had a V-Twin 25hp Kohler, seat belts, roll frame built into the cab and attached to the chassis, hand rails, grab rails, interior light, 12 volt dashboard plug in, HDPE full under body protection, mud guards, winch, spare wheel, windshield, wiper, canopy over the rear, tool kit and a first aid kit. The new price for this machine is $29,000.00

I don't know a lot about the ODG machine, Centaur I think it's called, but it is also somewhere in the $20,000.00 range.

Maybe the Predator is a value at it's price compared to the others like it but I don't know.

About the Hummer.I have seen about a dozen in the last year. They were on the road. Funny though, each time I saw one, I was in a major metropolitan area on business and they were being driven in the city. Status symbol I guess!
